Former Hunter Biden Business Partner Testifies About Joe Biden’s Involvement in Hunter’s Business Affairs

New York Post: A source familiar with Archer’s nearly four-hour closed-door interview said that Archer testified that Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings added Hunter to its board in early 2014 because of the Biden “brand” as his dad led US policy toward Ukraine. Archer also stated that Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky —  who allegedly told an FBI informant he was “coerced” to pay $10 million in bribes to Hunter and then-Vice President Joe Biden — and company executive Vadym Pozharskyi in late 2015 put intense pressure on Hunter to enlist the US government to help oust Ukrainian prosecutor-general Viktor Shokin, who had investigated Burisma for corruption. He said he witnessed the then-second son, Zlochevsky and Pozharskyi step away as they “called DC” to discuss the issue, the source said — without specifying what, if anything, Archer said about the recently surfaced bribery allegation. Archer also said Hunter Biden put his father on speakerphone more than 20 times during business meetings to promote “the brand” (New York Post). Charlie Kirk: Law Professor Jonathan Turley is STUNNED by the Biden family influence peddling scheme following the Devon Archer testimony: “What we now know, quite frankly, is that the President has been lying…I think this is shaping up to be one of the greatest corruption scandals in the history of Washington, and that is saying a lot” (Twitter). RNC Research: Democrat Rep. Dan Goldman: The witness testified “that Hunter would put his father on speakerphone with whomever was at dinner — and there was no indication that he had any idea who was at dinner with them” (Twitter)!

New Report Shows High School Boys Lean Conservative
Hill: A popular narrative suggests young people are liberal and getting more liberal. Twelfth-grade boys are nearly twice as likely to identify as conservative versus liberal, according to a respected federal survey of American youth (Hill). Just the News: Charlie Kirk: Turning Point USA is the only organization on the right with a full-time staff dedicated to High School chapter outreach and development nationwide. We now have more high school chapters than college, and the number is growing rapidly (Twitter). Human Events: Charlie Kirk: High school boys are more conservative than anytime since 1975 (Twitter).

New Polling Show’s Trump’s Firm Grasp of the GOP in Nearly Every Demographic
Spencer Brown: New polling from The New York Times and Siena College shows a now-familiar picture of the state of the Republican presidential primary field: Trump with a dominant lead, DeSantis a distant second, and all the other candidates somewhere in the rear with three percent or less. According to the Times/Siena poll, the numbers shook out to 54 percent for Trump, 17 percent for DeSantis and three percent for Haley, Scott, and Pence (Townhall). Politico: The results underscore Trump’s iron grip on the Republican electorate even as he faces numerous lawsuits and charges. The survey is also further proof of the deep hole that DeSantis, seen for months as Trump’s most formidable competitor, must climb out of amid a campaign shakeup. Trump’s dominance in the new poll extends to nearly every corner of the GOP electorate. The former president led the field in favorability among men and women, younger and older voters, college-educated and those who didn’t attend, moderates and conservatives, and those who live in cities versus rural and suburban areas (Politico). Charlie Kirk: The first Times/Sienna poll of the 2024 cycle has Trump up by nearly 40% over his closest primary challenger, Ron DeSantis. CNN: “(Trump) is in a better position to win the general election than at any point during the 2020 cycle and almost at any point during the 2016 cycle” (Twitter).

Georgia Power’s Plant Vogtle 3 Nuclear Reactor is First to Come Online in 30 Years
Washington Examiner: Georgia Power announced Monday that its Plant Vogtle 3 nuclear reactor has entered commercial operation, becoming the first new U.S. nuclear reactor to come online in more than 30 years. Operators said the Vogtle 3 reactor has completed testing and is reliably supplying power to the grid. The reactor will both provide an estimated 1,000 megawatts of power to the state, enough to power 500,000 homes and businesses, developers said. Once the new units are online, the four-reactor nuclear power plant will be the largest generator of clean energy in the nation (Washington Examiner). HotAir: Nuclear has the potential to provide clean, cheap, and indefinitely available electric power. Breeder reactors could recycle nuclear fuel, reducing the nuclear waste disposal problem, but again politics has prevented its deployment. New generations of technology are out there to reduce cost, increase reliability, and make nuclear much easier to deploy (HotAir).

New CDC Director Floats Annual Covid Vaccines
Townhall: Dr. Mandy Cohen, the new director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said the COVID vaccine will likely be pushed as an annual jab similar to the flu shot. “I don’t want to get ahead of where our scientists are here and doing that evaluation work, but yes, we anticipate that COVID will become similar to flu shots, where it is going to be you get your annual flu shot and you get your annual COVID shot,” she said when asked by Spectrum News whether Americans should be receiving the shots each year. After acknowledging the CDC lost trust during the pandemic, Cohen went on to state that she is “very worried about parents not vaccinating kids” (Townhall). Dr. Urso: It doesn’t matter if it works or not. You just need it. The cdc is a clown show (Twitter). Fox News: Spectrum News said that the agency is finalizing the recommendation and is expected to announce it in early September (Fox News).

It has been weaponized by phony social justice warriors” (Daily Wire). Will Hild: Elon Musk calls the ESG scam “communism rebranded,” predicting rogue asset managers (like Black Rock) will face the largest class action lawsuits in history over their political activism (Twitter).

Male Murderer Who Identified as Trans Sent to Female Prison, Accused of Preying on Women
Townhall: A male murderer who identifies as “transgender” and was sent to a women’s prison has been accused of “preying” on inmates and bragging about receiving “special treatment.” Reportedly, Dana Rivers, 68, who was previously known as David Chester Warfield, shot and stabbed a lesbian couple and shot their son to death in November 2016. This month, Rivers was sentenced to life in prison. A 2021 law on the books in California allows inmates to be placed in prisons that align with their “gender identity” instead of their biological sex, which gave Rivers access to Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla (Townhall). Riley Gaines: I mean, did they expect anything different?  “I’m a woman” is essentially a get out of jail free card to males convicted of heinous crimes like murder, kidnapping, child p0rnography, rape, etc. Being housed in women’s facilities sounds like a dream come true to a rapist (Twitter).

Ron DeSantis Gives Large Economic Plan Beginning with Regaining Control from China
Wall Street Journal: Ron DeSantis outlined a broad economic policy here Monday, calling for a tougher stance on China, including ending normal trade ties, and taking a confrontational approach with the Federal Reserve. The Florida governor is seeking to regain footing in the Republican presidential primary after stumbles that have eroded his status as the top challenger to former President Donald Trump. The plan calls for: Revoking China’s permanent normal trade relations status. Banning the import of Chinese goods made from stolen intellectual property. Installing a new chair for the Fed, which is required by law to seek maximum employment and stable prices. Restricting pension-fund managers from considering factors such as climate change in investment decisions. Making universities responsible for student loans and allowing those loans to be discharged through bankruptcy (Wall Street Journal). Associated Press: DeSantis said his top priority would be wresting economic control from China by ending the nation’s preferential trade status, banning imports of goods made from stolen intellectual property and preventing companies from sharing critical technologies with China. Current polices, he said, have created an “abusive relationship” between the two countries (Associated Press).

Anheuser-Busch Distributors Lose Faith Company Can Regain Customers
New York Post: Many Anheuser-Busch distributors say they are resigned to their painful Bud Light losses — and that they have given up on luring back disaffected customers following the Dylan Mulvaney fiasco. After four months of hiring freezes and layoffs — with some beer truck drivers getting heckled and harassed even as Bud Light sales have dropped by more than 25% — Anheuser-Busch wholesalers have accepted that they have lost a chunk of their customers for good — and need to focus on a new crop of drinkers (New York Post). PJ Media: Sales of other Anheuser-Busch beers like Budweiser, Michelob Ultra, and Busch Light have also experienced a decline since the Mulvaney debacle. The customers who switched brands probably figured out that light beers aren’t all that different, which means that marketing is the key to winning people over (PJ Media).
