Hi folks, I know it’s late, so I won’t keep you too long.

I just got off the phone with Daniel, our deputy campaign manager, and he doesn’t think we’ll be able to raise the final $2,600 we need to reach our July goal.

Now maybe I’m too optimistic, but I told him that I had to reach out one final time before the deadline. This team has been our driving force since the first days of this campaign. Last quarter, you even helped us break a state fundraising record!

However, we’re not the only record-breakers in this race: Angela’s multi-millionaire opponent has poured so much of his personal wealth into his political campaigns that he’s broken national records.

We’ve made it here thanks to thousands of people chipping in when they can. We need to show that there’s no match for this kind of grassroots energy and enthusiasm.

So please, will you rush in $25 (or more!) to help us finish this month with our heads held high and show the whole world that we have what it takes to WIN?
