John, earlier this month Harmeet shared our major victory on behalf of Andy Ngo in his landmark lawsuit, Ngo v. Rose City Antifa – and we just scored another victory for a journalist who courageously exposes Antifa for its criminal actions.

Eva Knott does what few journalists have the guts to do…

…she reports the truth about Antifa’s lawless behavior that terrorizes our communities.

But when Eva sought courtroom press credentials to cover the criminal trial for participants of an Antifa riot in San Diego, the defendants’ attorney sought to have her credentials REVOKED!

Why?

Well, defense counsel claimed that Eva’s use of a pen name, in her reporting, justified revoking her press credentials.

But you and I both know the Constitution clearly protects a journalist’s First Amendment right to use a pen name.

I think this was all a shameful attempt to dox Eva—to leverage the courts to reveal her true identity—because her truthful reporting on Antifa continues to be so impactful.

Thankfully the judge didn’t buy defense counsel’s bogus argument either.

With your support, we won!

We were able to restore Eva’s press credentials so that she can continue to expose the truth about Antifa.

Remember during the debates when Joe Biden said Antifa was merely “an idea, not an organization?”

The Left finds no fault in Antifa and legacy media continues to give cover to Antifa’s barbaric criminal actions.

That is why it is so important that real journalists, like our clients Andy Ngo and Eva Knott, can do what they do—expose the truth!

As long Andy and Eva are willing to courageously expose the truth about Antifa, the Center for American Liberty will defend their First Amendment right to do so.
