National Republicans have made it clear they’ll say – and spend – whatever it takes to beat me. Not only did they name me a top target, but earlier this month, the NRCC launched a ridiculous attack calling me – a Jewish American – a "rabid antisemite."
Time and time again, we’ve seen just how important it will be for us to take back the House and retire Kevin McCarthy. Just look at what they’re doing to the Defense Authorization and our annual appropriations right now – inserting their culture war themes in traditionally bipartisan legislation and driving us toward a government shutdown. But to flip the House back to Democratic hands, we need to win our race.
