The Maine Department of Health and Human Services is pleased to invite you to provide input on the current "Rights of Recipients of Mental Health Services" and "Rights of Recipients of Mental Health Services Who Are Children in Need of Treatment".   

Online Surveys are available for both the "Rights of Recipients of Mental Health Services" and "Rights of Recipients of Mental Health Services Who Are Children in Need of Treatment".

These surveys will remain available until August 31, 2023

There will be additional opportunities to provide feedback, including Listening Sessions that will take place in October and November.
