These actions are nothing unusual for Perry. In fact, that is not even the first time that Scott Perry put our national interests at risk this year.
A few months ago, Congressional Republicans were broadly criticized for using the debt limit to force the Democrats to negotiate over draconian spending cuts. Scott Perry was at the center of the Republican opposition. It was Perry and his Freedom Caucus cronies who put our entire economy in danger to further their extreme policies
