** Crescent Communities Annual Minority and Small Business Outreach Event is Wednesday, August 9th from 4 to 5:30 PM at the Innovation Barn, 932 Seigle Ave., Charlotte, NC 28205.
This event will inform small and minority-owned businesses of construction projects Crescent Communities has under way or in the pipeline in the Charlotte Region. Attendees will be able to connect with their general contractors and in-house construction teams. See more details here and RSVP

** Stakeholders Collaborate with City to Bring Broadband Access to Charlotte

** Access Charlotte, a two-year program that launched in June dedicated to closing the digital divide, is a true community effort. Spectrum, CharMeck 311, Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, and DigitalCharlotte all played a role in implementing this exciting and necessary initiative.
