John – Extreme Republicans knew their path to Senate control hinged on defeating me here in NH.

That’s why they poured so much money into our race in the final weeks of the election.

It nearly worked: Polls tightened, pundits called our race a “TOSS UP,” and other Senators were calling me doubting whether we could win.

One reason we won is that we made the strategic decision to increase our ad buys beyond what we had planned. We hoped that folks like you would see what was at stake (we were running against an election denying MAGA Republican after all) and step up to fill the gap.

It’s now the end of July and we are STILL paying down those bills. The investments we made were the right decision, but we’ve got to close the books once and for all.

I have to ask: will you please make an urgent donation to my campaign right now? $200 would put us in the most comfortable position but I know it’s a TON to ask for. $3 is what most people give to emails like this one so if you could chip in $3 or a dollar or two more, it would be a big help.
