Renee wrote to you earlier about why
Their Future is important to her despite not having kids.
Now I’m going to tell you about the kids in my life, my three children. But first, I have to ask you to chip in $10 before Their Future PAC’s midnight fundraising deadline.

Society tends to believe that kids can’t connect the dots between what happens in the news with their own lives. But they absolutely do.
I’ve talked to my kids about a lot of the issues making headlines—from the surge in gun violence, to the record-breaking heat waves because of climate change, to voter suppression in states all across the country and its impact on democracy—and they get it.
More than that, they want to know what’s being done about it. The worst effects of these issues and countless others will be felt by their generation and the ones to follow. Up until recently, I had to admit that very little action was taking place.
Unlike the gun lobby or big oil, kids don’t have political money behind them, to defend them in the halls of power. That’s why Their Future PAC is so important, because our organization exists to change that.
Already, we’ve taken several trips to Washington to visit with members of Congress and speak truth to power. We’ve also helped build awareness campaigns, pushed back against state legislatures that don’t have our kids’ best interests at heart, and done so much more in the last few months.
But the fact remains that none of this work comes cheap. Their Future PAC is working around the clock to advocate for our kids and elect better leaders who will take action on their behalf. And we need your help to keep our momentum up. We can not fail at this. Our kids are counting on us.
Will you please chip in $10 or whatever you can before our deadline at midnight tonight? Every dollar helps us plan our next steps.
