I’m in this race because this fight is personal to me.

Louisiana is my home – it’s where I was raised. I’m proudly a product of New Orleans public schools. I have raised my family here and built my career in public service here.

Now, at a time when we need leaders to build bridges – too many politicians are trying to divide us. They’d rather cater to special interests than lead with practical solutions to the problems keeping you up at night.

That’s not who I am, and that’s not the leadership I will bring to the Governor’s office. But right now, I’m being outraised by an extremist, MAGA Republican.
