The Biden Justice Department knows the indictments are all low-level beefs, but breaking the law is just that. The DOJ plan is to damage Trump with "a thousand cuts." It is very likely that the former president will win the GOP nomination anyway, which is what the Dems want. Then the election of 2024 once again becomes a referendum on Trump.
