We have an update on our race from Inside Elections. This national, nonpartisan political handicapper just rated our race a “Battleground” because anti-choice Republican Dave Reichert announced his campaign for Governor.

This isn’t a surprise. In the last two campaigns for Governor where there was no incumbent, the average margin of victory was just 1.5%.

We need to prepare for the long fight ahead. Will you pitch in $5 today to help us reach our July goal of 2,500 donations before tomorrow’s deadline?

We know that the Republican Governors Association and other GOP dark money groups will inevitably pour money and resources into Reichert’s campaign.
