One of his top priorities has been the expanded Child Tax Credit, which would put money back in the pockets of working parents. If passed, this bill would benefit 1 million children in Colorado — and 60 million across the country.
We live in one of the wealthiest countries in the world, but we still have one of the highest rates of childhood poverty. With Michael’s leadership, we can change that.

Lauren Boebert, the Republican representing Colorado's third congressional district, has repeatedly voted to cut taxes for the richest people in this country. Meanwhile, working parents across our state are struggling to make rent and get food on the table.
Cutting taxes at the very top doesn’t lead to a “trickle down” effect for the rest of us. That’s why Michael is working on solutions that connect directly to kids and families.
