We want to hear your thoughts on this: Do you agree with Senator Warren that climate change is an existential crisis for our planet?
According to climate scientists, we have one decade to prevent irreversible damage to our planet, and hundreds of millions of people could be displaced due to climate change.
That’s why Warren is doing more than just talking about the climate crisis -- She’s rolled out an aggressive plan to combat it.
On her first day as President, Warren would IMMEDIATELY put a moratorium on any new fossil fuel leases on public lands -- which account for nearly a quarter of US greenhouse gas emissions.
Her plan would not only massively cut carbon emissions, it would make the United States a world leader on green technology and help bring back middle-class manufacturing jobs.
How would we pay for such an aggressive climate policy?
Warren has a plan for that, too -- by forcing large corporations to pay their fair share in taxes, ending federal oil and gas subsidies, and closing tax loopholes that encourage companies to move good-paying jobs overseas.
So we want to know -- Do you agree with Elizabeth Warren that climate change is an existential threat that warrants an aggressive, robust response by our next President?
Thank you,
