Have you seen what’s been coming out of the DeSantis camp this month?

Friend, DeSantis is saying the quiet part out loud with his whole chest: If he wins in 2024, he’ll come for LGBTQ+ Americans, accurate and appropriate racial history in schools, and more. Just take a look at what he’s done to Florida in the last year alone.

DeSantis can point fingers at Trump all he wants, but like our twice-impeached former president, DeSantis is catering exclusively to and emboldening hate group extremists — just like Trump did in the months leading up to January 6.

Listen, we don’t plan to let DeSantis — or his bigoted agenda — anywhere near the White House. But here’s the thing: Grassroots fundraising this year has been a lot slower than in the 2019 or 2021 off-years, and even back in 2020, we elected President Biden by a margin that’s way too close for comfort.

Given the stakes, we absolutely cannot afford to stall out before we’ve had the chance to build a winning foundation for 2024. And we have one last day to really turn things around.
