When we talk about D.C. politics, a lot of times the work that matters most is being drowned out by the partisan shouting match. We see headlines about UFOs and Gas Stove Gate and whatever else GOP house members decided to tweet about that week.
Congressman Scott remains committed to serving the people he represents, which is exactly why we need to make sure he is re-elected.
Last week Senator Sanders joined Congressman Scott in introducing the Raise the Wage Act of 2023. This legislation would gradually increase the minimum wage to $17 by 2028, and give 28 million Americans a much needed raise.
