John, last month we asked some of our top supporters to pledge support for Voto Latino's voter outreach efforts ahead of the 2024 election.
We haven't received your response yet — if you're with us, will you take the pledge to do your part to build Latino political power?
This grassroots team has helped us achieve some incredible victories, like creating a massive blue wave in 2018, electing a Democratic president in 2020, and expanding the Senate majority in 2022. But with MAGA Republicans like Ron DeSantis and Donald Trump running for president, the stakes are higher than ever, which means we need your support more than ever before.
The strength of our movement depends on grassroots supporters like you, so we hope we can count on you to take the pledge today to help us build a winning movement in 2024.
Onward,
Voto Latino

John, for the past several years this grassroots team has helped Voto Latino make incredible progress and achieve important victories.
In 2018, we registered over 200,000 new voters in time for the midterm elections, and more than three-quarters of them turned out to cast a ballot! As a result, we helped generate a historic blue wave that delivered the House majority to Democrats.
Then, in 2020, we set an ambitious goal of registering half a million voters. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, we blew past that goal and registered more than 600,000 new voters! These new voters were instrumental to taking back the Senate and defeating Donald Trump — in Arizona and Georgia, the number of voters we registered exceeded the Democratic margin of victory.
Most recently, in 2022, our voter registration and mobilization efforts helped drive Latino turnout in key swing states, helped prevent the "red wave" pundits predicted, and helped Democrats expand their Senate majority.
Now, in 2024, an estimated 4.1 million young Latinos will reach voting age before the November elections. If we can get them registered to vote and mobilize them to cast a ballot, we can make our voices heard in a historic way.
With MAGA Republicans like Ron DeSantis and Donald Trump running for president, the stakes are higher than ever. Ron DeSantis is determined to implement his toxic anti-immigrant, anti-LGBTQ, anti-choice agenda at the national level — and his right-wing donors have pledged to invest $100 million in voter outreach to help him make it happen. To fight back, we'll need to register and mobilize more voters than ever before.
We're already halfway through 2023, John, which means the 2024 election will be here before we know it.
That's why we're asking our top grassroots supporters to commit to powering our voter registration efforts so we can build the most diverse and most pro-choice electorate in our nation's history. Will you sign the pledge today?
