Mayorkas has: - Ended Title 42, which allowed millions of people to surge across the border

- Abolished catch and release, which allowed millions of illegal immigrants to flee and avoid their court hearings

- Allowed over 20,000 pounds of fentanyl to cross the border this year ALONE - enough to kill over 4.6 billion people.
