This isn’t my first rodeo, folks.

I’ve worked on enough races that I can confidently give you a couple
universal truths for competing in big elections like this one.

1) Fundraising isn’t always fun, but try running a successful campaign
without money (spoiler, you can’t).

2) If you want to win, you have to hit your goals and deadlines, no two
ways about it.
