- Josh Hawley is seriously vulnerable. In 2018, he won his Senate seat with only 51% of the vote — and after he exposed himself to be a fraud and a coward on January 6, his approval dropped to just 42%. In Missouri’s last Senate race during a presidential election, the margin was only 2.7%.
- Missourians have a history of taking back their power at the ballot box. Since his last election, voters have broken with Hawley to approve measures that raised the minimum wage, expanded Medicaid through the Affordable Care Act, and legalized weed with huge margins of victory.
- Every $1 in Missouri can go nearly five times as far compared to states like Texas and Florida. Because of our state’s small media markets, we’ll be able to reach Missourians with Lucas’ message early and often — and get a field program up and running, with organizers on the ground, contacting voters earlier than ever before.
