WATCH: I questioned the Biden Administration about funneling children into homes where the children are abused. It’s alarming that in many cases, dogs and cats looking for foster homes have more protection than children.

Don't Mess With My Car!!! In the House Energy and Commerce Committee's markup this week, I fought back against the Biden Administration's radical new rule that will require 2/3 of all vehicles sold to be electric by 2032. Republicans are fighting for American's right to choose the vehicle they want. Republicans are fighting to make sure America isn't more reliant on China. The Biden Administration needs to be stopped.

WATCH as I call out the Biden Administration’s harmful COVID-19 vaccine mandates at the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic’s recent hearing. Americans deserve to be able to choose whether or not to take a vaccine. See my remarks below:

Lesko Introduces Bill to Expand Medicare Access to Physical and Occupational Therapy

Physical and Occupational Therapy can be great tools for people suffering from a diverse array of medical conditions. This week, I introduced the EMPOWER Act to increase access to these health care options for Medicare recipients. See more here.

GET THE FACTS: Veterans' Funding

Democrats tried telling the American people that Republicans were cutting funding for veterans’ health care by 22%. But this week, House Republicans proved them wrong. Not only will veterans’ health care programs be fully funded, veterans' benefits and Department of Veterans Affairs programs will be fully funded as well. In doing so, Republicans are following through on our commitment to taking care of our men and women in uniform, past, present, and future. This all happened in spite of the fact that not a single Democrat voted in favor of this legislation to take care of our nation's heroes.

Around the District

Monica from our office presented a Congressional Recognition to the West Side Tremble Clefs, a non-profit from Sun City that provides music therapy to people living with Parkinson's Disease. We are proud to have them in our district and are thankful for their unwavering dedication to the community.

A constituent contacted our office needing assistance to obtain their Employee Retention Tax Credit from the IRS. Our office was able to contact the IRS and work through the outstanding issues to get the constituent their tax credits.
