Roll Call has upgraded Texas from a "Safe Republican" seat to a "Battleground", making this race the only chance we have to pick up a GOP-held seat – a powerful testament to the grassroots movement we're building against Ted Cruz. But, CBS News says this could be one of the most competitive and expensive races this cycle.
