Why do we still have an Electoral College despite that an overwhelming majority of Americans support abolishing it?
John — the sad fact is, we still have an Electoral College to undermine the will of the people because state-level Republicans are stonewalling the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact in too many statehouses around the nation.
They've blockaded it in Virginia .
Bulldozed it in Pennsylvania .
Bludgeoned it in Arizona .
And did you know that in those 3 states, greater than 70% of the electorate supports eliminating the Electoral College?
