The effects of climate change are no longer a distant problem for future generations, team. The climate crisis is here.
We’re seeing it all over the country – from flooding in the Northeast, to droughts in the West, to the toxic chemicals in our drinking water, the environmental consequences of global warming are impacting millions of Americans on a daily basis.
Despite this, Republicans are hell-bent on undermining any effort to slow down climate change:

As the health of our environment continues to deteriorate, the House GOP is proposing slashing the EPA’s budget by 40% and drastically cutting water infrastructure programs. This includes rescinding billions of dollars allocated for reducing greenhouse gas emissions that were authorized under the Inflation Reduction Act.
Team, we already lost four precious years in the fight against climate change thanks to the Trump administration’s anti-environmental policies. We can’t afford to let Republicans continue destroying our planet.
That’s why it’s critical Democrats take back the House in 2024 to ensure we can get back to passing the policies we need to safeguard the environment for future generations. Will you make a donation to help us hit our end-of-month goal so we can keep environmental champions like Lori in Congress and flip the House blue next year? [[link removed]]
