As a reminder, Judge Hanen is the right-wing judge in Texas who closed DACA to new applicants. His 2021 ruling against DACA has prevented immigrant youth from applying to DACA for the first time.
So we’re no strangers to Judge Hanen’s attacks on DACA. We’ll be ready to fight back when the time comes.
But at the end of the day, DACA is still a temporary solution. We need more. We deserve more.
