CPAC's Nolan Center for Justice Issues Letter in Support of Act that Removes Age Limit on Expungement |
CPAC’s Nolan Center for Justice together with the Faith and Freedom Coalition issued a letter on Monday to Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy urging the passage of the Begin Again Act. The act would remove the current age limitations on criminals seeking expungement. The Nolan Center for Justice supports this piece of legislation for its potential to discourage continued patterns of criminal behavior, to increase employment opportunities for offenders, and to encourage stable conditions for their families and children.
