This could be Rosemary’s last chance…

The hospital in Temple said they will only give Rosemary one more week until they take away her treatment against her will.

Now, we helped file an urgent lawsuit to save her, and the hearing is set for Wednesday.

Please pray that we will win more time for Rosemary in court!

Four weeks ago, a hospital in Temple started a deadly countdown to take away Rosemary's life-sustaining treatment against her will. (Yes, this is shocking but still legal.)

Rosemary’s treatment is working, and she even makes eye contact with her husband! She begins to cry when he says “I love you.”

Thanks to YOU, she is still fighting!

We are so close to transferring her to another place that will care for her, but if we lose this case, Rosemary will pass away prematurely and there will be nothing her family can do.

Three facilities have already agreed to take care of Rosemary based on her medical condition, but we are waiting to hear if her insurance provider will cover the transfer.

Despite all of the miracles God has done for Rosemary over the last month, hospital administrators still plan to take away her treatment, which would then end her life.

Our frontline Patient Advocacy team is working to transfer Rosemary to a facility that will fully honor her treatment decisions. But we’re running out of time…
