The primaries are officially underway, and the race is still wide open. Candidates need 1,991 delegates to win on the first ballot at the convention. Right now, Pete Buttigieg is in the lead with 22, but with Nevada, South Carolina, and Super Tuesday on the horizon, it’s anybody’s game.
