Election Year 2020 is off to a fantastic start – for my campaign and
Republicans here in Georgia and across the country.

 

Steve and I joined the overwhelming majority of Americans in cheering the
incredible progress achieved for so many Americans in just three years under
President Trump.  President Trump had perhaps his finest moment of his
presidency as he delivered his third State of the Union address.  He spoke of
America’s “great comeback,” laying out his vision to keep our nation safe,
strong, and secure, and introducing us to several remarkable Americans.

 

People are fired up across GA6.  Crowds are growing at GOP events, and people
are engaged and ready to win.  Already, Team Handel volunteers have knocked on
thousands of doors.  With spring right around the corner, our door knocking
efforts will ramp up even further.  If you’re interested in neighborhood

door-knocking champions:  Darlene, Dolly, Marissa, John, James, Eli and Austin.

 

Fundraising remains a top priority, and I am grateful for the tremendous
support to date.  I’ve raised nearly $1.25M in less than a year with the
overwhelming majority of my donors from right here in Georgia.  Meanwhile, a
staggering 74% of Lucy McBath’s donors are from CA, NY, TN, and, well, anywhere
but here!

 

It’s important for our next congressman to be engaged and active in our
community.  That’s why I’ve continued to attend as many community events as
possible.  Steve and I were honored to take part in celebrating India’s 71st
Republic Day with Consul General Dr. Kulkarni.  We also shared the 2020 Lunar
New Year (Year of the Rat) with our good friends from the Chinese Community
Center and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office. 

 

Official candidate qualifying is the first week of March.  That will mark the
official start of the campaign, so stay tuned for various grassroots events!
