*Liggett and State of Minnesota Reach Settlement Agreement*

The state of Minnesota and Liggett have reached a settlement agreement in principle. As a result, Minnesota cigarette distributors *do not *need to begin paying the 50-cent per pack fee in lieu of settlement on Liggett brands beginning August 1, 2023.
