When Pres. Biden Failed to Plan, He Planned to Fail President Biden failed America, our troops, and our allies when he withdrew from Afghanistan without a plan of action. Now, the Taliban has been left in charge, raising their flag over our embassy, taking over seven billion dollars of our weapons, and leaving the women behind under Sharia law, where they can’t even go outside. There’s an old adage that says, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." I've issued subpoenas for the Biden administration's evacuation plan, but they have yet to show it to me. I believe that's because they had no plan. I discussed this more during a House Foreign Affairs subcommittee hearing, further examining the Biden administration’s Afghanistan withdrawal plan — or lack thereof.
