The Republican Party is hellbent on stripping away voting rights. The Richmond GOP controlled Electoral Board voted Wednesday to eliminate two of the three early voting locations used traditionally in predominately black and brown neighborhoods.

This is unacceptable and flat out wrong. Which is why in the strongest terms possible I called on the Richmond Electoral Board to reverse this decision and give access to early voting to those in our communities that need it most.
