In March, our litigation forced the National Archives & Records Administration (NARA) to release emails that clearly show Hunter Biden directly represented Burisma in its dealings with the White House. Hunter was both a board member of Burisma, a “foreign principal” under law, yet he was allowed to operate secretly as a foreign agent, violating federal law without consequence.
