Friend, I have to be honest: we’ve seen a slight dip in our grassroots fundraising since we began the new quarter earlier this month.

Considering many folks are on vacation, spending time with family and friends, and are taking time away from political news this time of year, this isn't very surprising.

But here’s the issue: Republicans know this too, and they know that the path to holding onto the House majority requires flipping seats like mine in 2024, so they’re working overtime to pour money into this race and attack me every step of the way.

And here’s the good news: Our grassroots team is no stranger to tough fights. Last year, we ran a strong campaign all the way through November, even outperforming expectations by winning a majority of the vote.

Thousands of grassroots supporters pitched in to help power us over the finish line, and I know we can do it again if we work together now to prepare for the obstacles we’ll face down the road.
