Please be advised that the Informal Conference regarding the coal permit term renewal for PT0433, Caballo Mine, Peabody Caballo Mining, LLC and scheduled for July 28, 2023 at 8:00 a.m., in the Pronghorn Room, Gillette College, 300 West Sinclair, Gillette, Wyoming has been cancelled. The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) was notified July 26, 2023 that Prairie Eagle Land Company, LLC and Peabody Caballo Mining, LLC have requested the informal conference be postponed for a minimum of thirty (30) days. The DEQ Director has agreed to the postponement.
