19 GOP state attorneys general (including our neighbor in Idaho) are trying to gain access to information on abortions performed out-of-state in order to prosecute the health care providers AND the patients receiving critical reproductive care.
While I’ve joined my Democratic colleagues to urge HHS Secretary Becerra to strengthen protections for health information, these GOP AGs are working to strip those protections away.
