*July 27, 2023 [ [link removed] ] ? 90000-174-XI-23 (Record No. 17233)* - Pursuant to 16 U.S. Code ? 2621 (the Code), the Public Service Commission (Commission) is seeking comments and will hold a hearing on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Commission?s Hearing Room at the Hansen Building, 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne, Wyoming, to consider ratemaking standards established by subsection (d) of the Code and make a determination whether it is appropriate to implement such a standard to carry out the purposes of the Code, which supplements otherwise applicable State law.
