Maryland First District Veterans,

If you served in the military on active duty between November 1998 and October 2013, and were exposed to toxic substances, including burn pits and Agent Orange, you may be eligible for benefits as a result of the PACT Act.

Although there is no deadline to apply for these new benefits, all Veterans who submit claims by August 9 may be eligible to receive benefits backdated to August 2022.

If you are experiencing issues with the VA or have any questions, please call my office at 202-225-5311. My staff are ready to ensure you receive all the benefits you are entitled to, that your data and information are protected, and that you are informed of any changes to benefits, healthcare, or other Veterans-related issues.

To contact the VA directly to learn more about your PACT Act eligibility, please call 1-800-MyVA41 or click the link here to notify VA of your intent to file a claim.

Don't miss out on an extra year's worth of benefits!

Please do not reply to this email.  To comment further please contact one of our offices.

Sincerely,
