The proposed treaty would transform the WHO from an advisory organization to a governing body with legally binding proclamations.
But sources are reporting the WHO doesn't want to wait for the U.S. Senate to ratify their tyrannical treaty – and with your continued opposition, they might not get the votes at all – so they're working with the Biden regime and eyeing ways to ignore that pesky obstacle, the Constitution of the United States.
The draft treaty includes a clause that the accord will go into effect on a “provisional” basis, as soon as it is signed by delegates to the WHO, and they contend it will be legally binding on members without being ratified by legislatures.
The Biden regime will take the position this is an “international executive agreement” the president can conclude of his own accord without approval by Congress, and is binding on the United States of America, including all state and local democratically elected officials, governors, attorney generals and health officials.
How this argument will fare in court is, like anything up to the courts, uncertain.
But what would be certain to help is Congress expressly rejecting the terms of this treaty that postures as an “executive agreement” by DEFUNDING THE WHO!

But destroying economies around the world is not all these billionaires are after.
Ironically, while the WEF is huddling and making plans, the World Health Organization (WHO) has been plotting simultaneously.
As we’ve witnessed more and more over the past few years, the WEF and the WHO are joined at the hip with the same cast of bad actors.
The globalists at WHO have made it crystal clear they want to be the ones in charge of global health care. One of their main objectives over the next year is to get member states to agree to a “Pandemic Treaty.”
This “Pandemic Treaty” will give the WHO total control of global “pandemic management.”
And remember, this is the same World Health Organization which got EVERYTHING wrong about the COVID pandemic, and even cozied up with Communist China to suppress and hide the truth.
And if you won’t accept the rules laid out by the WHO?
At the rate the authoritarians are going, it won’t be long before you face expensive fines, forcible “detainment,” bans on traveling outside your home and sending your kids to school – and even government seizures of your children.

This “international treaty on pandemic prevention and preparedness” is being fast tracked by WHO. It’s currently scheduled to be voted on next May, and unless a country opts out, the treaty would go into effect just 30 days later.
They want to control the global population – and to overcome those pesky constitutional rights of Americans, a treaty is the only way to do so.
The proposed WHO agreement is unnecessary and is a threat to sovereignty and inalienable rights. It increases the WHO’s suffocating power to declare unjustified pandemics, impose dehumanizing lockdowns, and enforce expensive, unsafe, and ineffective treatments against the will of the people.
It takes away our liberties!
Just knowing the WHO pandemic treaty is endorsed and being pushed by Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab at the WEF is enough to fight their totalitarian plans now.
You and I need to step up the pressure and spread the word to more Americans.
