It’s Steny Hoyer.

I’m proud to have served my community in Congress for over four decades, and in that time, I’ve served under both Republican and Democratic Majorities.

But the Republicans in control of the House today are unlike any I’ve ever seen before.

They’re an extreme, far-right group of Trump loyalists who have chosen to wreak havoc and stoke division over the serious business of governing.

I'm not one to beat around the bush, so I'll just say it: I'm worried about what this new MAGA party will do to the fabric of our nation if they keep control of the House next year.

My Democratic colleagues and I will fight to stop their extreme MAGA agenda with every ounce of energy we have. But we need support from grassroots supporters like you. When the stakes are this high, we can't afford to have even one Democrat sitting on the sidelines.

That’s why I’m reaching out to you personally: I know Election Day seems far away, but these early days are critically important. Can I count on you to chip in $5 to the DCCC today and help flip the House back to blue?
