Earlier this year, Ohio enacted one of the strictest voter ID laws in the country. Only four types of photo ID are now accepted at the polls.
The August 8 referendum is one of the first times voters will go to the polls under this new voter ID law. It means we need to educate millions of voters on what ID they need to bring — and help them obtain an accepted form of ID if they don’t already have one.
It will take all of us texting voters to make it happen! Sign up for our textbank on Thursday, August 3, at 7pm ET to make a big difference!
