This campaign is surging! And we have a lot to be optimistic about:

Lt. Governor Jacqueline Coleman filed last week to run alongside me once again! She's a former public school teacher, assistant principal, and high school basketball coach dedicated to building a brighter future for every kid in Kentucky. Jacqueline and I have been working in tandem to put the next generation of our leaders on the best track possible, focusing on making investments in our public schools and the teachers who guide them every day.

Our field program launched last month, and we've already knocked on over 200,000 doors across Kentucky! I'm continually amazed by the work of this grassroots team and the energy of supporters working tirelessly to do outreach! Thank you to all who have stepped up to make a difference.

My opponent, Daniel Cameron, just announced his running mate. He chose state legislator Robby Mills, a proud supporter of Matt Bevin’s “sewer bill” — a plan to slash pensions for our teachers, police, and firefighters. His pick isn't surprising, and I know that Kentuckians don't want someone with his poor judgment in a place of leadership.
