The Why Stay Retreat will give you a safe space to examine the joys and difficulties you’ve encountered throughout your ministry journey and discover new energy for your next season, your next call, or your next move.
This is not a conference. This is not your average retreat. We believe there is great value in finding a breathtaking, wonderful location to be still and listen. Our retreat location, The Serra Retreat Center, lies right on the pacific ocean about 45 minutes from LAX.
Our facilitators have decades of experience with spiritual and pastoral care. They have navigated their own challenging ministry circumstances, and understand the complexities of life in various ministry contexts.
