As Senator and Vice President, Joe Biden has overseen over the monstrous growth of the deportation machine for decades. He’s seen the pain ICE and CBP continue to cause our communities, yet his immigration plan still fails to make any real commitments that will stop the deportation force from repeating the same mistakes.
His refusal to commit to policies that’ll keep immigrant communities safe shows that Biden has yet to listen to those most impacted by the abuse of ICE and CBP.
Rejecting the policies of the Trump administration is not enough! We need Biden to commit to an immigration plan that protects people without hurting people.
