BIDEN DOJ SUED OVER POLITICAL INVESTIGATION OF TRUMP’S TIES TO

Trump Targeted Again by 2024 Political Rival

(July 26, 2023) As if it is not enough for the Biden Department of Justice (“Biden DOJ”) to have brought criminal charges against former President Donald Trump, his political persecution continues in yet new form of what has widely has been reported as an investigation of his alleged ties to LIV Golf and the Saudi Public Investment Fund (“PIF”).


This investigation, apparently implemented by the Antitrust and Criminal Divisions into Trump and his relationship with LIV Golf, his having made available his golf courses to host LIV Golf tournaments, appears to be an attempt to link the former president with foreign money, intended to deflect and push back from what any rationale observer knows is the Biden crime family’s accepting of millions of dollars of apparent bribes, laundered through Hunter Biden, from Communist China, Ukraine and Russia.


To uncover the scandalous details behind this latest political hit on Trump, Freedom Watch filed Freedom of Information Act requests with the Biden DOJ, and when predictably the Biden DOJ failed to produce even one document, this pubic interest watchdog was forced to sue. The complaint with attached FOIA requests is embedded below and can be viewed at www.freedomwatchusa.org ([link removed]) . The case is styled Freedom Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division et al, Civil Action No. 9:23-CV-81036-AMC (S.D. Florida).


Larry Klayman, the founder of both Judicial Watch and now Freedom Watch, a former federal prosecutor who was on the Antitrust Division’s trial team that broke up of the AT&T monopoly during the Reagan administration, and who himself last year brought a class action antitrust suit over the PGA Tour’s attempt to monopolize the golf industry (See Klayman et. al v. PGA Tour et al, 50-2022-CA-006587, 15th Judicial Circuit Palm Beach County, Fl.), had this to say upon filing the complaint:


“The Biden DOJ, which is more than highly partisan and has waged a literal crusade to destroy Donald Trump to prevent him for and being elected president again in 2024, knows no bounds. Coupled with its crusade to lock up the peaceful protesters of January 6, 2020, who supported Trump, it has been turned into a modern day Gestapo, along with its FBI.


For the good of all Americans and our nation, this illegal conduct must cease and Freedom Watch and I are dedicated to making sure that it does. The Biden crime family can run but it cannot hide and must not be permitted to use a corrupt Biden DOJ to deflect and push back, for political purposes, on what any intelligent American now knows was and remains the Bidens’ open handed bribery scheme to handsomely profit at the trough of foreign adversaries.”
