Last week I shared with you that a federal district court judge ruled against us in our lawsuit on behalf of Aurora Regino—the Chico, California mom who is suing to stop the school district’s “Parental Secrecy Policy.”
You’ll recall the “Parental Secrecy Policy” is a California Department of Education guideline being leveraged across California to socially transition young kids’ gender, in schools, without parental notification or consent.
At the time, I promised you that we would appeal because we cannot allow leftist teachers to “transition” children behind the backs of their parents.
Today, I’m proud to announce that we have formally filed our notice of appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
