I don’t take this position for granted.

My parents paved the way for my siblings and me to become first-generation college graduates and for me to pursue a career fighting for families like mine to get their fair share.

That’s a goal I don’t intend to leave behind.

But across the country, Republicans are passing legislation that neglects working Americans, like eliminating mandatory water breaks for construction workers and weakening unions.

The Republican party does not have our best interests at hand. I am committed to ensuring working families have access to equal opportunities and good-paying jobs. And as the chair of BOLD PAC, I am leading the charge to elect Latino progressives in competitive states across the country. But I need you in this fight, team.
