REVISE: Construction Restriction Bulletin #196 of 2023

#196 '23 Due to construction, loads are restricted to 12 Feet Wide on I-94 from F Drive to Old US-27 (Exit 110), Calhoun Co., (eff. 7/16/23, rev. 7/25/23 -during hours of Sunday thru Wed. 8 pm to 6 am, Thurs. 9 pm to 6 am & Fri. 10 pm - 6am ONLY)

REMOVE: Construction Restriction Bulletins #173 & 183 of 2023
