400 mass shootings in the United States in 2023 and we're not even 60% of the way through the year.

It's insane.

This doesn't happen anywhere else in the developed world, and we know how to fix it here:

Universal background checks, an assault weapons ban, raising the federal minimum age to buy a firearm, a reasonable waiting period for gun purchases.

If Republicans in Congress won't act, if the courts won't let us act, then it's time for a Constitutional Amendment to make us safer from gun violence.
