Friend, most Americans probably haven’t heard of the Chevron ruling, but it’s impacting all of our lives — and not in a good way.
This Supreme Court ruling from 1984 said that courts should let federal agencies (unelected bureaucrats) interpret certain parts of the law however they see fit.
In other words… it gave bureaucrats more power to regulate our lives and livelihoods. This week, Governor Kemp joined the fight to have this ruling thrown out by today’s Supreme Court. |
While a lot of politicians talk, Governor Kemp is fighting back and putting hardworking Americans first.
Ending the Chevron ruling will help cut burdensome regulations on hardworking families.
And it will ensure that policies in states like Georgia reflect the will of the people — not a bunch of bureaucrats in DC. Thank you for continuing to stand with us. -Team Kemp |
Governor Brian Kemp kept Georgia open, cut taxes for hardworking families, and stood with law enforcement to keep communities safe. Hardworking Americans is inspired by his fight. We support federal candidates who will always put hardworking men and women first — and we need your help. If you’re able, chip in $10 or even just $5 now. Every dollar raised helps us stand with the families and communities that are the backbone of this country.
