Friend, most Americans probably haven’t heard of the Chevron ruling, but it’s impacting all of our lives — and not in a good way.

This Supreme Court ruling from 1984 said that courts should let federal agencies (unelected bureaucrats) interpret certain parts of the law however they see fit.

In other words… it gave bureaucrats more power to regulate our lives and livelihoods. 

This week, Governor Kemp joined the fight to have this ruling thrown out by today’s Supreme Court. 

While a lot of politicians talk, Governor Kemp is fighting back and putting hardworking Americans first.

Ending the Chevron ruling will help cut burdensome regulations on hardworking families. 

And it will ensure that policies in states like Georgia reflect the will of the people — not a bunch of bureaucrats in DC.
